Qualification Period: May 1, 2010 – April 30, 2011*
Production Requirements, producer and adult guest:
- Tier One: $2 million paid first-year fixed annuity premium, minimum 5 paid cases
- Tier Two: $3 million paid first-year fixed annuity premium, minimum 7 paid cases
- Tier Three: $4.5 million paid first-year fixed annuity premium, minimum 10 paid cases
- Top Producer Award: Presented to the RBC ExTRA registered producer with the most annuity premium,* and a minimum of $5 million first-year fixed annuity premium and 12 cases
*Applications submitted May 1, 2010 – April 30, 2011 and issued by close of business June 30, 2011 will be counted toward qualification.
- RBC ExTRA is available to RBC Insurance producers in the United States who are appointed with Liberty Life Insurance Company.
- RBC ExTRA is not available to all sales organizations, please check for availability.
- RBC Insurance will limit this program to the first 35 qualifying producers with the following maximums: 25 Tier One qualifiers, 5 Tier Two qualifiers and 5 Tier Three qualifiers.
- This is a 1099 taxable event.
- All travel must be booked by October 31, 2011 and completed by December 31, 2011.
- Cash or an equivalent award will NOT be presented to qualifiers who do not accept this award.
- RBC ExTRA destinations are chosen by RBC Insurance and are final. Alternate destinations will NOT be offered to qualifiers.
- The award is NON-TRANSFERABLE (qualifying producer and guest ONLY).
- Producers must register on the RBC ExTRA Web site to be eligible. If a producer registered during a previous qualification period, he/she is not required to register again.
- The producer must be active and in good standing at the time of the qualification.
- A producer can qualify for a maximum of ONE RBC ExTRA Individual Recognition Award from either Tier One, Tier Two or Tier Three during a single qualification period.
- Producers may qualify for any Tier at any time throughout the qualification period. They are not required to accept the Tier One award when they reach $2 million in first-year fixed annuity premium and may apply that $2 million in qualifying premium toward a Tier Two or Tier Three award as long as a Tier One award is not accepted.
- All communication regarding RBC ExTRA qualification and acceptance of awards, in addition to any ongoing correspondence is done through e-mail. If your e-mail address has changed from what you used to register for RBC ExTRA, please call our Sales Desk to notify us of this change.
- Qualification e-mail notifications are sent around the tenth day of each month, and producers have until the first day of the following month to either accept or decline their RBC ExTRA award. If RBC Insurance does not receive an accept or decline response from a producer before the first day of the following month, the award will be automatically declined for the producer.
- When an agent qualifies and uses their RBC ExTRA Individual Recognition Award from any Tier, this producer may not qualify for an award from another Tier; however, he/she is still eligible to win the Top Producer Award.
- The Top Producer Award will be given to ONE RBC ExTRA producer.
- The Top Producer Award will be given to the RBC ExTRA registered producer with the most first-year fixed annuity premium submitted May 1, 2010 - April 30, 2011. That premium must be issued by June 30, 2011 in order to be counted toward qualification.
- The selection of the recipient of the Top Producer Award is the sole decision of RBC Insurance and is based on production levels in addition to the requirement that any conditions listed above are fully met by the recipient.
- RBC Insurance reserves the right to cancel the RBC ExTRA program at any time without any obligation.
