Who can qualify for this award?
RBC ExTRA is open to RBC Insurance producers in the United States who are appointed with
Liberty Life Insurance Company. RBC ExTRA is not available to all sales organizations. Please check for availability.

If I qualify, can I let someone use the travel award in my place?
No, the award is non-transferable. The qualifier is entitled to bring the guest of his/her choice.

Can I choose a different location?
No. There are pre-selected locations available for each Tier and the Top Producer Award. Upon qualification, the producer will be asked to select their destination from those locations based on their qualification level.

Can I choose not to accept the travel award and receive cash compensation instead?
If a producer chooses not to accept the RBC ExTRA travel award, does not book their travel by October 31, 2011 or does not complete their travel by December 31, 2011, cash or an equivalent award will NOT be presented and the RBC ExTRA travel award will expire.

Can I qualify for more than one award?
RBC ExTRA registered producers can qualify for ONE award from either Tier One, Tier Two, or Tier Three. Even though a producer is not eligible to qualify for another Tier Award once they have accepted a Tier One, Tier Two, or Tier Three award, they are still eligible for the RBC ExTRA Top Producer Award.
- i.e. A producer may submit and issue enough premium by September 1, 2010 to qualify for a Tier One award. If this producer accepts his/her Tier One award, all production to qualify for Tier One and any additional premium submitted before April 30, 2011 and issued before June 30, 2011 will be counted toward qualification for the Top Producer Award.
